How to Apply
Once you have decided on which courses to take, we have made the next steps for your application as simple as they can possibly be:
1- Participants must submit an application form along with a $210 deposit at least 3 weeks before the beginning of the program. This deposit can be paid:
A) With PayPal. Also, all major cards accepted through PayPal.
B) By bank transfer
Transfer to Banco Nacional de Costa Rica.

2- Once you have all your travel details, please send it to us via the application form, with the flight number and the estimated time and date of arrival to arrange for airport pickup.
3- From your deposit, $135 is applicable towards the cost of the course. The balance of tuition and fee must be paid at the University either with cash or credit card no later than the day you start your classes.
